The first impression you make with your new employee is the most important. We can be your recruiting department, providing you with as little or as much involvement as you require. We will coordinate with executives and hiring managers to facilitate your corporate recruiting model, applying highest recruiting standards to help you attract and retain the best employees.

Execustaff HR will work with you to:

  • Define and profile candidate credentials
  • Develop specific position descriptions
  • Determine compensation level
  • Determine exempt / non-exempt status
  • Write advertisement for open job requisition
  • Place advertisement in appropriate media sites, including newspapers and online resources
  • Track applicants and provide requested informational reports to hiring manager
  • Identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct pre-screening interview
  • Coordinate internal interview and selection process with appropriate company representatives
  • Perform reference checks
  • Coordinate background screening with outside vendors to include criminal, education, credit and others as requested
  • Coordinate company prepared and designed pre-employment testing if requested
  • Review for legal compliance, prepare and extend candidate offer letter based on company supplied template
  • Inform candidates interviewed but not selected of decision
